Qualifications & Responsibilities to be a Volunteer:
1) Attends Covenant Family Church
2) Attend ministry orientations, training, and meetings as provided
3) Function within the guidelines and procedures for the ministry to which you are applying
4) Maintain a Godly lifestyle, be an example as a leader in the Body of Christ, and maintain a vibrant, growing relationship with Jesus through regular reading of the bible, prayer and church
5) Be in agreement with the teaching and ministry of Covenant Famiy Church

We conduct the following Criminal backgroud check on all volunteers: Texas Sex Offender Registry, Brazos County Justice Web & Screen Now. All backgroud checks are confidential.
By filling out and submitting this application you are agreeing to the following:I release Covenant Family Church to conduct appropriate criminal and sex offender background checks for the purposes of approving my application to volunteer. (CFC believes God is a forgiving God and that our past mistakes do not necessarily define us. We also believe in being careful and providing the safest environment for all our volunteers and members. All background check information is confidential). I understand that as long as I volunteer, background checks can be performed on an annual basis. I also release CFC to utilize any photos that I appear in for promotional or other purposes without seeking compensation. Finally, I have signed this document releasing CFC from any responsibilities resulting from injuries incurred to myself or my family as a result of participating in any capacity for CFC. I hereby hold CFC harmless.
As a volunteer, I agree to attend all leadership meetings.
